Dr. Nate Lester

Dr. Nate Lester is a fourth-generation native of Evanston, Wyoming. Once he received his degree from Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Lester couldn’t resist coming back to his hometown to provide the families of Evanston with the high-quality dental care that they deserve. Education continues to be important to Dr. Lester so that he remains ahead of the curve to consistently offer the most effective and modern dental care available. He most recently invested in the Vivos sleep apnea training to know how to help some of the millions of Americans who suffer from sleep disorders. Dr. Lester is also passionate about humanitarian work. In addition to taking a yearly service mission to Guatemala and other places in Central America, he has served on the Board of Directors for The Hirsche Smiles Foundation and currently serves as Chairman of the PJL Foundation. (pljfoundation.org) Dr. Lester’s faith is a large part of who he is, and he served for two years as a missionary in the Canary Islands of Spain. This work shaped his life and gave him the lifelong skill of speaking Spanish. This has enabled him to serve many of his patients more effectively. Dr. Lester’s greatest love, however, is his family. He has been married to Kristie for over 25 years, and they are raising seven children together. He enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, reading, ranching, and being in his tractor when he is not working at the dental office.

Dr. Welch

Dr. Welch was born and raised in Heber City, Utah. He completed his undergraduate studies at Utah Valley University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish. He then continued his studies at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, graduating as class valedictorian and being inducted as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honors Society for his academic achievements. His training at Midwestern University included extensive clinical experience, where he earned awards for clinical excellence and excellence in digital dentistry. Dr. Welch has a passion for education and research and is dedicated to staying current on the latest techniques and technologies available in order to provide his patients with the best care possible. Outside the office, Dr. Welch loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He loves doing anything outdoors, from hiking and camping to rock climbing and fishing, as well as backyard barbecues and baseball. He also enjoys playing the guitar and listening to music. Dr. Welch is excited to be part of a small-town community once again and is honored to be able to work alongside Dr. Lester and the rest of the incredible team here at Bear River Dental.

Dr. Jorgensen

Hey, my name is Chris Jorgensen, and I’m really excited to be a part of this welcoming community. I grew up in Draper, Utah, where I played baseball and raced mountain bikes. After high school, I had the opportunity to spend two years in Togo and Benin, West Africa, where I met many incredible people. While living there, I learned to speak French. I later attended BYU for undergrad and met my beautiful wife there. We got married four years later and now have a baby girl. After undergrad, I studied dentistry in San Francisco at the University of Pacific, where I received incredible training and mentorship. Outside of the office, I enjoy riding mountain bikes, skiing, and tinkering with small engines. I’m excited to be a part of this incredible team at Bear River Dental!

Dr Lester was absolutely wonderful. I came in with a broken tooth as an emergency with no appointment. They got me right in, had a new crown made and I was out within an hour and a half. Best experience ever!! And super affordable! We live 3 hours away and we plan on changing our Dentist, he is that good! The office staff is fantastic as well. Worth the Drive when we need a dentist! It was our first time at bear river dental today, and we were greeted by a warm fireplace and friendly faces. my 4 year old was gifted a goodie bag right off the bat to welcome us into "the family". They took great care of my son and I swear as first time patients we had 2 other goodie bags and a balloon animal too. Very special place.

I recently had a cleaning with Kristen, and I can’t recommend her enough! She was incredibly gentle, very thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about her work. This experience was completely pain-free and comfortable from start to finish. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with a caring touch, this is definitely the place to go.

From my experience they've almost always been kind and gentle, quick and efficient. They know my whole family and they've been a great place to get our dental work done. And if we have to do something specialized, they have great connections to get us there. Also, if you come early, they usually can get you in a bit early too :)
